Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic talent consulting to Segment Head and Delivery Directors;
- Support business in goals achievement by developing a segment talent strategy based business needs and company talent strategy;
- Take an active part in (and be co-responsible for) delivery KPIs improvements by effective execution of talent initiatives/programs based on identified business priorities;
- Provide partnership to the business in developing strategic plans of retention and growing top-performing talents in-line with the business priobrities of the delivery department and organizational goals;
- Create and lead initiatives for teams engagement;
- Analyse company-wide talent solutions effectiveness, provide feedback and initiate improvements;
- Consult and provide functional expertise to the business in talent management areas (rewards and recognition, talent development, succession management, performance management, compensation management, corporate culture, etc.); to make sure that people management processes are run properly;
- Be a pro-active advisor and influencer for heads of the delivery departments and units to develop the “people business,” maintaining healthy relationships across the business unit;
- Identify delivery directors'/managers' learning and development needs, orchestrate developmental programs for managers;
- Implement and maintain succession programs in the segment;
- Lead the team of junior-middle Talent Business Partners, contribute to their professional growth;
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for the Leadership and the customers on demand;
- Assist with preparation of Town-Hall and online All-Hands meetings, collect resonating topics for specific teams, etc.
